PCLinuxOS Mate ISO updates are now available in both 32 and 64bit flavors. These ISOs are small enough to fit on a standard 700 mb CD or a small usb key.
 
Features: Mate Desktop 1.6.x, Kernel 3.4.52, Pulse Audio enabled by default. All of the Mate desktop applications plus Firefox, Thunderbird, Pidgin, Great Little Radio Player, Simple Screen Recorder and Skype. Clementine and VLC multimedia players. PysolFC for recreation.
 
Mate is a fork of GNOME 2. It provides an intuitive and attractive desktop to Linux users who prefer using a traditional desktop.
